Step By Step Instructions
This is so easy guys. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the brie on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. You can either cut the top of the rind of, or use a knife to score it.
This allows the heat to come in contact with the brie, enabling it to melt faster.
Spoon the cranberry chutney (or any of the toppings below) over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
For real. That's it. Drizzle it with some honey and serve it with crackers.

Variations
Cranberry Chutney is definitely not the only topping you can bake with this brie - the possibilities are endless!
- Use cranberry sauce instead of cranberry chutney;
- This Spiced Apple Chutney is packed full of Fall flavors;
- These Candied Cherries are pretty damn awesome;
- A mixture of ¼ cup brown sugar, handful of chopped pecans and ½ cup diced apples;

Expert Tips
- Be sure to at least score the top of the rind to enable to heat to come in contact with the brie. This ensures it gets nice and gooey;
- Don't overcook the brie - 25 minutes should be the maximum cook time. Start checking it at 15 minutes - when it's gooey and melted, it's ready;
- Whether or not you eat the rind is personal preference. Certain brands have an aftertaste I'm not fond of, but other are perfectly fine. The rind will not hurt you if you eat it;
- Drizzling with honey is optional, but highly recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you eat the rind of brie cheese? This is totally based on personal preference. The rind is definitely edible and has a more intense flavor than the cheese. I find that some brie has a much tastier rind than others. Typically, the higher quality the brie, the better the rind. Personally, I eat the rind on baked brie, especially this recipe.
- What kind of brie should I use? I recommend using a triple cream brie if you can find it - it has a higher fat content and will become more gooey than a double cream brie.
