MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Friday morning, Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley partnered up with the Department of Health and Human Services to host men's yoga in Washington Park.

The event was created in recognition of Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, and residents of all genders came to learn more about men's mental health and available resources, all while engaging in a yoga class.

"We always talk about the health; our vision is that we need to be the healthiest county in the state of Wisconsin and doing that means we need to focus on our mind, body and spirit," said County Executive Crowley.

The event also continues Crowley's 2024 Healthy County Challenge, which aims to get Milwaukeeans outside to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
